U.S. Navy Selects DeVine to Provide High-Performance Computing Support at Naval Postgraduate School
December 19, 2016 – Monterey, CA. -- DeVine Consulting, Inc., is pleased to announce that they have been awarded a contract to provide high-performance computing (HPC) administration support for the Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) in Monterey, CA.
The U.S. Navy has selected DeVine Consulting to provide HPC system architecture and engineering expertise to meet NPS demands in support of the Information Technology at Continuing Studies (ITACS) HPC team. Cybersecurity (information assurance) is a major component in DeVine’s tasking.
DeVine was selected as a preferred vendor for their technical qualifications and experience working with HPC systems at research laboratories and their familiarity with the requirements of working within the NPS and the DoN/DoD environments.
This contract will be part of the continuing support and expertise DeVine has supplied to NPS’s educational and research programs. DeVine will execute support tasks in California through September 2019 if the Navy exercises all options.
