The program integrates fundamental management techniques, technical processes and tools into a disciplined approach focused on the quality of deliverables.

Our Quality Assurance (QA) program establishes standards and metrics for the products and services we provide to ensure we consistently meet or exceed customer expectations. Our QA system concentrates on continuous improvement of business processes and focuses our employees on customer satisfaction. We are committed to delivering best-value services and high-quality data processing and exchange solutions that

are founded on innovative technical applications and a commitment to quality. Our quality approach provides for continuous quality measurement of delivered services and identifies opportunities for process improvements.

Our approach begins with the assignment of a quality manager to each project.  The quality manager works with project staff to assure that all standards, system requirements, and verification requirements are designed into the solution.  As such, quality is built into the product as it is developed.  Quality Management tools and techniques used include a Risk Management Program, a Continuous Process Improvement Initiative, and a Metrics Program. Each item is discussed below.
