The 8(a) Streamlined Technology Acquisition Resources for Services (STARS) GWAC is a small business set-aside contract for technology solutions. This contract vehicle is the replacement contract for the 8(a) FAST small business contract which expired October 31, 2004. It is designed to promote small business utilization when purchasing technology solutions for the federal government.
