These services include IT Services across classified and non-classified mission areas.

• All training issues for the staff, nine installations, throughout Pacific Air Force (PACAF) EOR, including advanced systems technology and networking for communications and information personnel.
• Engineering and installation issues for the staff, nine geographically disbursed PACAF bases
• Overall system management of the Defense Red Switch Network (DRSN) and the Commando Runner Network.
• Secure Voice Communications
• Architecture and implementation of secure voice and video telecommunication system
• Assisting Wing Information Officers in developing local security policy and strategies to counter security threats
• Provide Information Assurance services and network security policy implementation and control
• Combat Infrastructure Support
• Providing guidance and assistance in the preparation and review of Defense Information Technology Security Certification and Accreditation Packages (DITSCAP).
• Assisting the Wing Information Assurance Offices (WIAOs) in developing local security policy, strategies, and plans to encounter identified network security threats.
• Estimating impact of new and existing system requirements on communications infrastructure.
• Providing technical support and Program Management for the Pacific Air Force VTC network to ensure all current and future VTC systems within PACAF’s area of responsibility are performing optimally.
