Instant communication has not only become mainstream technology, but is often a necessity in some organizations. DeVine has recognized this need and has recently created a custom instant messaging application providing real-time communication. Communication can happen via the internet or a client's intranet.

In addition to the wide array of instant messaging features, an administration interface is provided for use in creating and configuring single users, or groups of users. Roles and permissions can also be granted as necessary to single users or groups of users. DeVine has created this application from the ground up and, as such, is fully customizable as required.

DCS has an optional configuration based on WebSphere Application Server 6.0.2.3 that is EAL4 certified for increased communication security.
